The check in process was professional, pleasant and efficient. I was given a key for the door handle. I parked in front of the room assigned to me, with three concrete steps up to the landing. The room was in a quiet location. There was one queen bed, a table and one chair, one bedside table and lamp, and a breakfast bar with two stools. The room had a small sink and electric stove combo, a small coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. There were utensils, plates and mugs for making food. There was a folding luggage rack and about six hangers in a closet. The bathroom had a showser only. The room was clean, carpeted, and the bed mattress was comfortable. There was a new heat pump in the room which worked great. I assume it would also supply air conditioning in the summer. It was definitely a room for one. One chair, one bedside table, and no easy chair or other seating. I didn't use the television. Wifi was included. The shower was evidently built in the early 60s, and was a pan with fixed shower head. The curtain was too short. I could see daylight through the towels. Extra toilet paper was supplied, but no facial tissue. The sink had little area for placing items; I used the top of the toilet tank. The outdoor carpet on the landing and step pavement was torn, frayed and missing. The air of aging dilapidation was disappointing. All in all, after reading the prfevious reviews, I expected more tidiness, but for the price, it was acceptable.
