“The owner does not speak English and I don't speak Spanish but we managed. She gave a brief tour of the property when we arrived. The only air conditioned room is the main bedroom. The apartment itself was immaculate and showed pride of ownership. It is on the 10th floor and felt private.The on site security was excellent.If you are looking for an out of the way place while in Bucaramanga, you won't be disappointed. ”

“el apartamento esta en buen estado,solo que me avisaron el msmo dia que iba a llegar ,que durante el fin de semana iban a pintar aunque no tocarian mi cuarto,sinembargo fue muy desagradable la sensacion de polvillo en la cocina y en todo lo que se tocaba y el olor a pintura.Aunque solo utlice el apartamento para dormir,la estadia no fue satisfactoria”
