One drawback is only having a window unit AC - its on the opposite end from the bedroom. There’s a fan in the bedroom, and although it helps a little, bedroom gets warm at night. Parking spot is rocky with lots of sticks and weeds. Not ideal for someone who walks with assistance or is unsteady on their feet. ”
