“I stayed here for two nights when I attended a wedding in this beautiful little town. “L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans la vieille ville et juste à côté du château, il y a des place de parking disponible devant. Le personnel est très sympathique, le buffet de petit déjeuner est bien fourni. J'avais une chambre standard spacieuse et agréable, la literie est confortable et la salle de bains bien que petite fonctionnelle et très propre tout comme la chambre. "Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better.
1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help.
2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules.
3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge.
4. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "
