“the overall conditions of hotel live up to my expectation being a five stars hotel. unfortunately, the house keeping services were so bad that i requested a tea pot for several times since check in. no one in the hotel responded to my request. i have to walk down to the restaurant and ask for one.”

“This hotel was fantastic. Located very close to the central train station (3 minute walk), and in an area with lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is very beautiful. The room was large, and the AC worked great. The floors do squeak loudly when walking on them, due to the originality of them (not a big deal). I did have to report that the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking from above, a staff member came right away and made sure the unit above was not flooding the place and said the……

“Hôtel très bien situé. La chambre était spacieuse, lumineuse et très agréable. La literie était confortable et la salle de bain propre et bien équipée ( baignoire + douche + sèche-cheveux + produits d’hygiène). Le petit déjeuner vaut le 16 euros sans hésiter! Buffet très complet de produits frais. Seul petit bémol… il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs tard le soir.”
