Great start! Unfortunately, poor access to hot water, a dis-jointed kitchen with only a microwave/hot plate and kettle with sink in another room and poor quality mattress/pillows ….all situated next to the wafting smells of the cattle yard. A great possibility but it needs more work to be a quality……

“My wife and I loved this place called the "west wing" (it was literally the wing of the main house occupied by our hosts.) It was charming, spacious, clean, and equipped with all one could want for a self-catering accommodation. The grounds were amazing, full of flowers, vegetable patches green house, and the list goes on. Our hosts were so nice as they helped us figure out how to run the washer/dryer (that they had never used themselves). Top notch in every way. ”

“Our stay in Magherafelt was lovely in every way. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. Our hosts, Siobhan and John, were simply wonderful. They greeted us, gave us a tour of the house, explained any thing we may have needed to know and answered all questions we had. “We had a great stayGreat communication from the tennant and no visits or problems. But always in contact if needed via What's App or email.Cottage was cosy, clean and the heating was very good which was good as it was snowing outside.Went to cook steaks and the frying pan was very small but we improvised and got our dinner cooked.Just remember they don't leave Milk, butter etc but they did make this clear to us. We just forgot Key pad worked perfect for arriving and leaving.Hot tub was clean……

“We selected The Coachman's Cottage as our home away from home while we explored the attractions of County Antrim and we were not disappointed. The property is well located for visits to the usual attractions like the Causeway and Bushmills. It is also handy to the walking trails of the Glens of Antrim and especially The Dark Hedges! Everything was as promised in the detailed listing and accompanying photographs. We felt right at home during our stay. Thank you Eileen.”
