“We needed a last minute place to stay for one night and this place fit the bill. The place was clean. The amenities were sparse but we didn’t need to do any cooking. The only issue was that the apartment is right above a large industrial electrical outdoor trash dumpster and workers were disposing of trash at 3:00am. The machine was loud but the workers were also audible. It happened again at around 8:30am. Not sure if this is a daily activity as we were only there the one day. ”

“The apartment had everything we needed for our short trip. Bedrooms were cozy and had soft beds, big closets, and their own TVs. The bathroom was amazing!! “Perfect overnight stay but would have loved to stay longer. The rental was bright, cheery, well stocked and clean. The hosts were very accommodating and planned for all our possible needs. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary extra special. Would recommend to anyone and we would definitely choose to stay here again when we are in the area.”

“The house was exactly as described and was as nice as it looked in the photos. The property contact was very responsive and communicated well. Beds were comfy, plenty of linens available, kitchen well stocked, and all appliances and fixtures are updated. This was originally planned for my three adult sons to stay, but I ended up staying there several nights. Was a great location to visit family in Cromwell. We stayed 10 nights and would highly recommend. ”

“Overall the experience was somewhere between just ok and good. Most of my expectations were met, but not all. First impressions are what they are. We are from Florida, and it was cold in CT and the heat worked great so that was really good. Andrew was responsive to requests. Only criticism was in some of the set up. “After a small glitch to begin the stay, which the owner responded to quickly, it was a pleasant stay. The living area, kitchen and dining area are very nice. So is the front porch and the fire pit is also nice although we did not use it. The half bath on the first level was a nice plus. The stairs to the second floor bedrooms are a challenge for elderly ”
