“Nice, clean room and facility. Friendly, efficient staff. Water pressure a little low in shower. Plenty of towels but we had two day stay and it would have been nice r]to have trash emptied and beds made second morning. Will definitely stay here again, better value than Holiday Inn across the street.”

“We chose Rockford b/c it was relatively central to all of our residents. While there weren’t many eat-in restaurants, we were able to do some carry-out and brought things with us. Snooze above Brews met our needs for a quick girls weekend away. ”

“We had an AMAZING time at Elm & Ivy!! What a beautiful venue for a chill bachelorette party!! There were so many perfect little touches that added to our stay. Highly recommend- we already talked about coming back again!!”

“VERY CLEAN”

“The room was cute, had some Amish furniture throughout the hotel. There were games, books, and DVD’s available to watch in your room. The breakfast area tiny, there was 2 cereal dispensers, juice, water, and coffee. As far as other food there was yogurt and breakfast sandwiches, wrapped in plastic, that had to be warmed up in the microwave. Breakfast offerings were the only negative thing I experienced ”

“Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Nice that shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided. Shower seemed to have some spots of mold. Could have been stains though, not really sure. Front desk staff were very friendly.”

“This was a really neat idea, and the kids were very excited to stay in an RV. I will start by saying it was very clean. It was not advertised that this was on private property right next to the house until check in time. The location was also not optimal because it was right next to the main road where you could hear every car, and the entrance was across from what looked like a lot of junk. . we had to deal with a dog barking all night, long, but we made the best of all this. The only thing……

“My husband and I planned a bike trip on the Cardinal Greenway. This property was very conveniently located for getting to the trailheads. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was well suited for our needs. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the deck.”
