Large spacious home sleeps 20+ on Private lot. 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. six twin beds. Four King Beds sectional and 3 couches to sleep on including extra throw down mattresses. Ideal for large groups, traveling sports teams, family gatherings, reunions, weddings, RV Parking. Public park is 2 blocks aways with playground, splash pad, soccer field. Costco Fred Meyer and lots of grocery shopping options close by. Ideal location, 10 minutes to Nike, Intel, THPRD athletic Center, Hidden Creek Community center, Hillsboro Stadium, Top Golf, Lots of golf courses including, Pumpkin Ridge and The Reserve, shopping, movies, dining of all kinds, many wineries, within10 miles to the following high schools, Jesuit, Westview, Beaverton, Southridge, Aloha, Beaverton, Sunset, Mountainside, Tigard, Hillsboro, Glencoe, Liberty, Century, Valley Catholic. 10 miles to The Oregon Zoo, Downtown Portland, 15-20 minutes to The Moda Center (Blazers/Winterhawks), PGE Park (timbers) ! hour to Mt Hood for Skiing, 1 hour to the Oregon coast, Canon Beach, Seaside, Tillamook.

Wonderful Stay
This property was very well maintained and clean. Our family's needs were met as we celebrated the holidays together. We could not have asked for better hosts. The location was perfect, and it was easy to access stores, restaurants, and other outing activities that we had planned. I highly recommend this home.

Nice place for an extended family gathering.

Enjoyed our Stay
The house was clean and cool (very hot temperatures outside) and well supplied (dishes, bedding, towels etc). The property manager was very responsive when we had a small plumbing issue. (Note: That comment is intended to be positive remark.) I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Amazing Family Getaway!
We had a lovely family reunion weekend at this property! This is beautiful and very spacious home with room for everyone! The home is a bit more dated than some of the listing photos suggest, but the property was very clean and all of the bedding and furniture were newer. The layout is multi-level with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for your whole group, some great den/living space for families of all ages, and a dining room that accommodates the whole crew! The homeowner was very responsive and made stay very nice with easy communication, no-hassle check in, and a great snack basket that our kids loved. The neighborhood is very quiet with some stunning trees but its fairly close proximity to some larger apartment complexes. Overall, we enjoyed an outstanding weekend.

Trap team s
We had our trap team stay at the house and there was room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook. Steve and his wife were wonderful and great to work with. The location was close to everything we could want. Great eating space for the team as well. Lots of bedding so we didn’t have to pack sleeping bags. Plenty of bathrooms as well. Great team house.

This was a perfect house for our weekend stay! The abundant rooms, beds, couches, and tvs made for a great evening hangout space after a long day out hiking the coast. The kids especially loved the "movie room" with the big screen tv, recliners, and plenty of floor space for all 18 of us to watch a movie together!

Spacious House, Quiet Area, Responsive Host
I stayed here with a couple siblings and our children. The layout of the house worked well for us. There are bedrooms throughout the home so everyone was not trying to get kids to bed within earshot of each other. There were four different rooms where all the adults could socialize. The house is tucked away near a dead end so there was little traffic or other noise outside. The host is accommodating and responsive.

Great location!
This unique house worked fantastic for our family and the location of where we needed to be for the weekend. Steve was an attentive and helpful home owner. It's hard to find accommodations with king beds for the couples we were with and plenty of beds/space for the age range of the kids with us. We will very likely rent this home again in the future!
