The property is SO worn out. Lampshades torn, furniture beat up, window coverings hanging off in parts, OLD bathroom tub, toilet flusher spins around, sometimes works, others it keeps running, caulk can’t cover up whatever the problem is, oh, yes, toilet is stained, hall rugs tattered. I’ll stop here. I feel bad for those who have to represent the property. Oh yes - a sign at the highway but NONE on the building. At night very frustrating. So sorry it can’t be better. At least the clerks were nice.

Bathroom door was very hard to close. Needs repair. Scraped on the floor. Find dinner somewhere before you go if you’re without a car. Bed okay. Would call it a 3-star hotel. Very close to the airport. Convenient van ride to the airport.

Where to start. First thing upon arriving, you're greeted with a big sign on the building stating they aren't responsible for car break ins. So that gives an idea of the area. Our room's toilet was clogged upon arrival. We were told they'd send up a plunger, but we had to head back to the lobby to find someone since they were short staffed and the front desk lady was overwhelmed. (She was kind, so there was that at least). After following her around for a bit she was able to find a plunger. The toilet would clog every 2 flushes like clock work, whether you used it or not. So over the 2 days we were there, I had to plunge the toilet MANY times. We booked the business room. The walls were paper thin. My wife and I didn't sleep at all due to a group of ladies next door chatting loudly until 6am (I could hear their phone call, that's how paper thin these walls were.) Lucky us, they were even louder the second night. Other things to note: Peeling wall paper, blue LED light on the mirror in the room that lights up the whole place that you can't turn off making it even more difficult to sleep. Definitely wouldn't stay there again, but I've seen worse. The breakfast was good.

The motel is close to the airport which is convenient for travel but the late night van services were slow. The van itself is very dirty and shabby. Checking in was fine except my key didn't work the first time. The motel is shabby and dated and loud. The staff is the only thing going for it. The frontdesk manager was very nice.

We visited Portland for a music festival on Thompsons Point, on a weekend when most places were sold out. We were happy to find a room. It was a decent size, and clean. The bathroom sink was in the hallway instead of behind a closed door, which has pros and cons. The facility wasn't brand new, but well kept. They were digging trenches around the building for some sort of improvement while we were there. The elevator was very slow, so we took the stairs when we weren't carrying luggage. Standard free breakfast was nice to have available. The employees were friendly and helpful.

The bed was quite comfortable and the breakfast options were good. The morning staff was great. My only complaint was that I had reserved an accessible room with a queen bed but they didnt save one for me. Other than that, the place was ok
