Fully equipped kitchen super clean space close to restaurants and coffee shops. Rooftop was amazing. Enjoyed the hot tub which was clean and hot worked well. Staff was friendly and we had no issues at all during our stay.

I stayed at Memoir Buckman for 3 nights. The property was well appointed and tastefully decorated. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. They don’t have onsite parking, but if you’re visiting with a vehicle, there are surface lots close by. The only negative was the weekend noise level. It’s not Memoir Buckman’s fault, but the sports bar (Jackie’s) across the street has a dj or something on Friday and Saturday nights until about 2 AM. My room faced the bar, and the music was so incredibly loud that it was hard to sleep. I wasn’t expecting quiet in the middle of the city, but Jackie’s noise levels are inconsiderate and egregious. Otherwise a lovely stay!

Stayed here for 5 nights and was impressed by the cleanliness of the property and the friendliness of the staff. Loved having a kitchen with full size refrigerator. Parking was slightly challenging but always found a spot and I was not paying $50 per night to stay other places. Parked are the streets each night around the property and nobody bothered our vehicle. We were on the 2nd floor and never heard any noise from the bar across the street. The lounge on the roof was really fun also. Will definitely stay here again.

Short term rental and hotel on first 2 floors and all other floors long-term residents. Kind of a strange layout. Front desk was reasonable. Multiple issues with keys not working, tv remotes not working, and lack of supplies in room (ie: limited bath supplies, kitchen supplies, and back up batteries for remotes and other electronics that all were out of battery). Overall decent stay and nice facility, just seems the hotel portion neglected and kind of an unusual set up.

Nice quiet neighbourhood with some great bakeries, breweries and close to tranport. Building is very new and lobby area is great for working and relaxing. This building has a mix of residents and visitors, and my studio apartment came with a kitchen and laundry. Highly recommend

My 4yo and I stayed in a 1-br over the weekend to visit a friend. The hotel is beautiful, has good security, and extended hours for concierge (who are all helpful and friendly). Our room was fantastic with all dimmable lights, full kitchen, spacious bathroom, and full size laundry machines. The cell reception is terrible but they offer free wifi and that helped a lot. Kitchen comes with all appliances/accessories needed to prepare and serve meals. Dishes, cutlery, and glassware is for a group of 4. It might sound silly but I love when paper towels are provided as they were here. Sound abatement between apartments is not fantastic but we didn't have any major issues. They allow pets so we heard lots of dogs. Bedroom mattress was very comfortable. Also, shower water pressure was not good, but I'm not sure if that's a Portland thing or not. The neighborhood is not particularly walkable for small kids, but our friend drove us everywhere so it was fine for our short trip. Overall the hotel was great and I would stay again.
