This home is just steps away from multiple dining experiences, shopping, antiquing and ocean excursions. Kayak, scooter and bicycle rentals are available just around the corner, within walking distance from this property. Explore the beaches of the Kennebunks, located within less than a mile from Doane's Wharf, or enjoy a peaceful walk while drinking your morning coffee at the beautiful Fransican Monestary.

We had a wonderful stay! The entire process from booking to checkout was smooth and easy. Pam, the host, was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was in place for our arrival. The place itself was cozy and perfect for a winter retreat, with the fireplace adding an extra touch of warmth and comfort. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal—just a short walk to town, so we could easily explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a hassle-free getaway in a great location!

This was our second visit and we will be back next year. Its such a charming cottage, that is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, glasses etc. The location on the water and walking distance to downtown is so beautiful and convienant.

Location of this cottage doesn’t get any better. It’s comfortable for a small family. It was about a 5 minute walk into town. Restaurants and convenience store nearby. The property itself feels very private and quiet at night. All rooms have A/C. The ceiling in bathroom is pretty low, especially the shower which can be a problem for tall people. I hate to say anything negative, but the bed in the main bedroom is terrible. Made loud noise every time you rolled over or got out of bed. It sags in the middle and have terrible back ache. Get a new mattress and this property is gold!

Pam’s property was perfect for a family of 3. The location was beautiful, the house was clean and the outside deck was a huge bonus. The kitchen was well stocked and the family room had high ceilings so it felt open and airy even rainy days. Two minute walk and you were already in town, short walk to the beach. A perfect stay!

We absolutely love Pamela’s cottage. This was our third stay! Its nautical decor is charming, it is very comfortable and clean and we love being able to walk to town. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the view. Would we return? Of course!

We had a wonderful stay at Pam's cottage. The cottage is charming and was very comfortable for me, my husband and my adult son. The kitchen had everything we could possibly want and we had very pleasant walks into town for dinners and shopping. Pam was very welcoming and very responsive to our questions and requests. This was our second stay at the cottage. Again, location can’t be beat as we could walk to Christmas Prelude events. Being in the wintertime mode it was just as easy to stay in and relax with the gas fireplace and forget we were “missing out”. We loved that there was a decorated Christmas tree. Anything we needed, and other thoughtful items were supplied. We have told other friends about this secret and we are sure they’ll love it as much as we did.

The home was an absolute gem for my wife, our 2 year old daughter, my mother and I. The home setting on the water, location to downtown Kennebunkport and actual rooms within the home itself were spectacular. Not only were the accommodations the same as represented online, they exceeded out overall expectations and made for a great experience. Considering we also had 3 generations of our family in the group, we can easily say that this place excels no matter what your age. The stay makes us want to come back to Maine as soon as possible!
