"Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and lots of amazing touches. The room had a few things we'd improve - there's only one mirror (the bathroom) and no full-length one, there are not many outlets, but would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"there was no soap in the shower soap dispenser; shampoo full. a convention was there and they took up almost all of the staff time and efforts. You were a little 2nd tier if you were a tourist couple. Also, pls send me an itemized statement of my bill ; front desk refused to provide one. they told ..."
