“We absolutely loved our stay in Cooperstown at this fantastic location. It was perfect for my husband and myself and we were able to walk everywhere we went in the town of Cooperstown. We had so many fun things to do in the area and it was such a nice place to come back to each day. The host was amazing, easy to communicate with and very eager to make sure our stay was satifsfactory. We would recommend this location without a doubt and actually hope to return here someday! “For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available. Lake was a little small for our taste but overall was able to get some sailing in on a sunfish and lots of paddle boarding and kayaks. Thanks to Troy for his hospitality”

“The cabin is small but complete. The main bedroom (just a full bed) is cozy, and the secondary bedroom and loft are a bit past cozy - anyone in the loft will have to be careful not to bump their head when they wake up.The site is very peaceful. Can't hear a thing most of the time other than nature and very occasional traffic. Access road is a dirt track so I'd avoid during rainy season if you don't have four wheel drive.If you're looking for an ideal place to decompress, you found it.”

“The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.”
