“Overall a nice small house at a very noise road. Biggest challenges is the owner with poor English skills and not having information updated or overpromising. The apartment is just 80 sqm not like 133 as mentioned in the description. The front seating area and the balcony you cannot use as the street is too noisy. Owner cannot communicate in English and adjusted the description of the house two weeks before the travel. Furthermore the house is suitable for two adults and two children only as the……

“È stato tutto ottimo tranne il fatto che la tassa di soggiorno non è stata quella che doveva essere. Ci hanno detto che il sito non ha aggiornato il tariffario. Nel complesso appartamento pulito mi aspettavo anche gli asciugamani ma non c’erano (quindi portateveli). E nell’appartamento c’è solo una portafinestra quindi di notte bisogna stare per forza con il clima acceso perché non c’è aria.”

“Accoglienza calorosa e massima disponibilità per tutte le informazioni necessarie. Appartamento al primo piano con due balconi sui lati opposti, arredato in modo semplice, ma funzionale. Zanzariere e battenti con deflettori su tutte le porte-finestre. Lo specifico perché nonostante ci fosse il climatizzatore, si stava benissimo con l’aria circolante, lasciando le finestre aperte. Bagno comodo e pulito. Cucina equipaggiata di tutto il necessario. Lavatrice e stendino. Abbiamo utilizzato……

“Good property for 5 ppl with a decent sized kitchen. Location was walking distance to center of Porto Cesareo but you do need a car to get to the nicer Lidos. Owner was very hospitable and available to answer questions. Overall a good experience but I do feel that the apartment needs a little refreshing.”

“Struttura eccellente a pochi passi dal cuore di Torre Lapillo e dal mare (circa 7 minuti a piedi). Camera spaziosa, con angolo cottura e tutto il necessario per soggiornarnare in tranquillità (compresa anche la lavatrice in bagno). Stanza molto pulita con area esterna comune dove poter pranzare, area per bambini, divanetti e sdraio per il sole e parcheggio interno dedicato. Tutta la struttura è davvero ben tenuta e curata. Proprietario gentile ed attento alle esigenze e richieste dei clienti.……

“Molto disponibili nel risolvere anche dei problemi improvvisi. Una buona casa per passare qualche giorno fuori vicino al mare. Il giardino ospitale con bbq bello per le cene fuori! Solo i letti un po’ scomodi e le zanzariere poco protettive.”

“Es hat alles gepasst. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat über einen Dolmetscher gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen von sämtlichen Restaurants und Einkaufsläden. Zu dem schönen Sandstrand läuft man 5 min zu Fuss.”
