Everything was superb!

we enjoyed our night here so much. The room was rather large and tidy, and many smart devices are associated. The hotel staff provided good hospitality, by teaching us how to go to airport detailedly. Port wine was given free by the hotel, so that we can try out some signature wine at a breathtaking bar inside the hotel. Also, handmade cookies were given by the hotel when we checked out. To conclude, it was a really good stay in porto.

A great location in Baixa, in the relatively flat area of Porto. It’s on a tight street so you’ll have to walk at least part of the way there - not great if you have accessibility issues. I had booked a double room but on checking in, found that I had a twin with beds pushed together. My only option was to switch between two rooms mid-stay. It was annoying. The room itself was fine, the climate controls were decent and the shower was excellent. I stayed in the one room on the ground floor, 001. If you sleep here you will hear everything - the door is thin. Reception phone buzzing, latecomers at night, early risers in the morning. Try to avoid. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty - local options as well as more British/North American fare. Worth the money IMO. Overall a good hotel experience but it was a shame the small things dragged it down a bit.

Lovely hotel and staff, excellent location. Keep in mind there is a busy bar on the same street, it didn’t bother me so much until the nights it rain. People take cover under the neighbouring hotel. Room was lovely, my only complaint is the mini fridge was not plugged in and stocked. The fridge didn’t work the whole time. The tv has surround sound/bluetooth speakers. I enjoyed the rooftop sitting area too. I would go back :)

Everything was great. Only issue was they need to find a way to send you to parking first as you can not get near the hotel to park in front because it’s a one way street and driving in Porto is horrible. We circled for way too long and finally had to park a distance away, Walk to hotel and then figure out how to move car to parking. Other than that it was great!!

Best location in the city, near many dining options and within walking distance from all attractions. Truly a gem, will definitely stay here next time I am in Porto. Great walkable location. Excellent breakfast buffet with a very broad range of foods. The rooms are tight!! We got one of the deluxe that was supposed to have room for a chair. No room for a chair no room for two bags of luggage. So you need to be ready for snug boutique accommodations.

This was one of the best quality hotels we’ve stayed in recently. Extremely clean, quiet, lots of perks (extra food, nice breakfast), and very attentive staff. Would absolutely recommend this little Porto gem.

This property is in a lively, central, dining and nightlife area so if you want that then it is a great choice. If you dont, then dont let it deter you our room had a window and air gap and then another window and meant you couldnt hear the surrounding streets. There are lots of historical points of interest within a short walk, as well as shopping, the famous (and beautiful) library, many great tours and easy transport links. The hotel was clean and modern, and it had excellent facilities and a superb shower with good water pressure. The room had an inbuilt bluetooth speaker so you could listen to music/podcasts but if for some reason you thought the room was loud or wanted to aid sleep (e.g. if you were near reception or it wasnt the same as our room) you could put white/brown noise on which was a nice feature. There is humble but well stocked bar that allows the staff to offer you a free welcome drink of local port wine or green wine upon your arrival. Finally the hotel had so many nice little touches, welcoming elements and customs, that I dont want to mention as may ruin the the unexpected surprise and joy in the moments you receive them. We were truly appreciative of them along with the gesture they made, the spirit in which they were given and the sentiment behind them. We are not everyone, but we couldnt have asked for more for our needs than that was provided 🙂

Staff were welcoming, friendly, and extremely personable. The hotel is located right in the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions. We were able to experience so much and still return to our hotel at any time if needed. The hotel was extremely clean and constantly well-maintained.
