“The staff were so nice and accommodating! We didn’t have a car upon arrival and they set us up a rental immediately! They have a private beach within walking distance, but many amazing restaurants and beaches are reachable in a 5-10 min drive. The room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but gave beach house vibes and we weren’t spending much time indoors so we didn’t mind! Definitely recommend staying here. ”

“Séjour convenable.. Le seul point positif est la localisation, effectivement la plage est à 2 minutes à pied visible des mobilhomes, coucher de soleil, l’endroit en lui même est splendide. Par contre, en terme de communication, c’est décevant. “Die freundliche Frau an der Rezeption zeigte uns zu Beginn, wo dass wir Supermärkte und gute Restaurants in der Nähe von Palau finden, was wir super fanden. Für weitere Informationen war das Personal immer zu haben. Leider ist der Boiler während unserem Aufenthalt um 23:00 in der Nacht kaputt gegangen. Obwohl die Rezeption dann natürlich geschlossen war, hat uns das Personal in der Nacht super geholfen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft und können sie gerne weiterempfehlen. ”

“Superbly clean, friendly staff, stunning infinity pool, so QUIET! It was so peaceful. Bring your own groceries for snacks, as there are few eating options nearby particularly in low season. We had to check out at 9:45 am which was unfortunate, but again it’s low season so staff is limited. Overall we had a fantastic time.”

“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread.
