“A beautiful and unique property in the seaside town of Porto Santo Stefano. It was everything we expected and more.”

“Très joli appartement sur les hauts de Porto Santo Stefano. La vue est incroyable, le petit espace extérieur très agréable et bien aménagé et la résidence très bien entretenue avec un bel espace piscine. Un ménage un peu plus soigné à l'arrivée et un réglage des portes et fenêtres (il n'est pas toujours aisé de les ouvrir car cela bloque un peu) seraient des plus très appréciés.”

“The property is beautiful with unbelievable views of the sea, port and surrounding area. You can wake up early and watch the sun rise over the mountains in Tuscany. The pool is fantastic with amazing views. The property is great for kids, as there is a kids bedroom with lots of toys and books. We had some issues with the air conditioning and plumbing, but the host was incredibly responsive and everything was fixed very quickly.”

“Everything about this property was perfect from check in to check out. The staff was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms were spacious and very clean. “Wir, Familie mit drei Kindern und Hund, haben eine wundervolle entspannte Zeit in dem Haus von Carmela und Pier verbracht. Sie haben uns sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt. “Great camping and village, wonderful pool area. Two restaurants one bar and market. Above all the entire area is within pine trees. Very relaxing.”

“Grazie a Carmela e Pier per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole. Siamo stati benissimo a villa Euphorbia, abbiamo potuto portare i nostri cani e il nostro gatto. La casa è ben posizionata nella zona delle Cannelle a cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggetta (peccato che ci abbiano costruito un residence), in mezzo agli ulivi e alla bella vegetazione dell'Argentario. Un piccolo angolo di paradiso, specialmente fuori stagione quando è più tranquillo. Dalla casa si raggiungono alcune belle……

Since we only stay one night, they just gave us without additional charge when they see it’s included with reservation itinerary. Easy communication Has dog friendly beach. Provided us beach lodges and umbrella. ”
