This villa offers a breathtaking view over the bay of Palombaggia, the Cerbical Islands and Sardinia…

Entirely built in local stone on a site of 7800m², it fits perfectly into the surrounding landscape, in a garden planted with various local species such as pines, laurels, eucalyptus and cork oaks.

With a surface area of 300m² air-conditioned distributed over two floors, it is open to the sea view through large bay windows.

This villa offers a fitted kitchen, a large living-dining room with fireplace with direct access to the large terrace facing the sea view.

The sleeping area is spread over two levels and has five bedrooms.

For your pleasure, a pleasant 10m x 5m swimming pool with fence, a barbecue.

Beautiful but could be better

Beautiful property in an excellent postion with wonderful view. The villa is not fully restored, only some areas are, for example the wc’s, the wardrobes and the windows are quite old; moreover I would say that is not very safe for small children because there is a very old and dangerous staircase inside and all the outside is very “wild” with no grass but only rocks.

Emplacement exceptionnel à quelques minutes de plages magnifiques. La maison est très bien située, très agréable, très bien aménagée tout confort, avec une vue imprenable, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

La villa parfaite pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans la villa. Nelly et Etienne nous ont bien accueillis et ont été réactifs et disponibles pour répondre à toutes nos questions durant le séjour. Au niveau des équipements, on ne manque de rien (grands saladiers, machine à café, serviettes de bains et de piscine, etc.). La literie est très confortable avec de très grands lits et des draps tout doux. Le coin barbecue est très appréciable avec une très grande table en bois pouvant accueillir toute la famille. Au niveau de la piscine, celle-ci est propre et entretenue durant la semaine. Les bains de soleil en bois sont très confortables et très beaux. La piscine est un peu en retrait, complétement clôturée, et équipée d'une alarme, c'est un réel atout avec des enfants en bas âge. Au niveau de la propreté, très propre. Les plus : > l'emplacement ! Très bien située, à 5 min des plus belles plages. > La vue sur la mer : magnifique > La terrasse : bien exposée. Même les jours les plus chauds, il y a un petit courant d'air qui fait qu'on s'y sent bien. > Le solarium pour les apéros en fin de journée > La possibilité de garer plusieurs véhicules > L'accueil et l'écoute de Nelly et Etienne > L'environnement : le jardin, les plantes, etc. Nous avons passé de supers vacances dans cette villa qui est encore plus belle en vrai que sur l'annonce. :)
