“The people are kind, but the accomodation was far from clean. About everything felt not clean and sticky. Most of the kitchen cabinets were broken. On top of that there was a wasp's nest in the attick, close to the second bed. All things considered we desided to leave.”

“Very peaceful, clean and cozy. A great walk to town where you can enjoy wonderful Italian food made fresh by locals. Easy access to train to be able to enjoy the other wonderful cities nearby. Host was wonderful!”

“Roby, the host was waiting for us to personally introduce us to the amenities of the apartment. It was sparkling clean, had everything we could think of and also thinks I would never think about. The place is not accessible by car but you can find a public parking near by. Genoa is a beautiful city and our host had a power point of all the attractions and the distance to them. Another thing that got my attention was after we checked out, Roby chased me to return to me a wristwatch that I forgot……

“Auf den ersten Blick eine tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Berglage oberhalb von Moneglia mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Sie ist jedoch sehr zweckmäßig (Wohn-Ess-Raum mit Küche bestehend aus Sofa, Regal, Esstisch, 4 Stühlen), mit Ikea-Möbeln eingerichtet, wenngleich alles Notwendige vorhanden war. Auf den zweiten Blick fehlt es dieser Wohnung an Gemütlichkeit (Beleuchtung, Wohnzimmertisch). Ein riesiger Nachteil ist, dass entgegen der Beschreibung im Inserat, KEIN Parkplatz am Haus zur Verfügung……

“Das "Loft" ist ein renoviertes Gartenhäuschen und befindet sich auf einem Grundstück mit einem anderen Haus und einem wunderschönen Garten. Von dort aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf Santa Margherita Ligure. Leider ist das Grundstück direkt an einer rund um die Uhr befahrenen Straße gelegen - also Ohropax mitnehmen ;-) In der Unterkunft ist das Nötigste vorhanden und der Vermieter hat uns netterweise ein kleines Food Paket bereitgestellt :-) Allerdings hat leider nur eine von 3 Herdplatten……

“I would have given it 5 stars because of the kind owner, however my last night was ruined by very inconsiderate and loud guests; they were up and chatting boisterously until after midnight! I ended up restless and not ready for my trip the following day. I’m guessing it’s with the nature of the building with no sound proofing installed, so I hope there were signages everywhere to be respectful to other guests given this status.”

“La maison est située sur les hauteurs de Moneglia. Vue magnifique sur le village de San Saturnino, la campagne et la mer. Le lieu est très calme, très agréable. La maison est située à 5 min en voiture de la mer (ne pas prévoir d’y aller à pied). Possibilité croisière Cinque Terre au départ de Moneglia. Point négatif pour ceux que ça peut gêner: c’est un tout petit hameau donc pas de restaurant ou de quoi faire des courses, il faut descendre à Moneglia et être prévoyant. Maison très propre,……
