“La maison est située sur les hauteurs de Moneglia. Vue magnifique sur le village de San Saturnino, la campagne et la mer. Le lieu est très calme, très agréable. La maison est située à 5 min en voiture de la mer (ne pas prévoir d’y aller à pied). Possibilité croisière Cinque Terre au départ de Moneglia. Point négatif pour ceux que ça peut gêner: c’est un tout petit hameau donc pas de restaurant ou de quoi faire des courses, il faut descendre à Moneglia et être prévoyant. Maison très propre,……

“Das "Loft" ist ein renoviertes Gartenhäuschen und befindet sich auf einem Grundstück mit einem anderen Haus und einem wunderschönen Garten. Von dort aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf Santa Margherita Ligure. Leider ist das Grundstück direkt an einer rund um die Uhr befahrenen Straße gelegen - also Ohropax mitnehmen ;-) In der Unterkunft ist das Nötigste vorhanden und der Vermieter hat uns netterweise ein kleines Food Paket bereitgestellt :-) Allerdings hat leider nur eine von 3 Herdplatten……

“Wir haben uns im Haus von Federico sehr wohl gefühlt und er war ein ausserordentlich aufmerksamer und schnell kommunizierender Gastgeber! Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Aussicht auf's Meer und auf Moneglia sind fantastisch! Das Einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, waren mehr Ablagefläche, Haken und genügend Stühle. Wir waren 7 Personen und es gab draussen und drinnen nur je 4. ”

“Die Wohnung ist super und befindet sich auf einer der bergigen Straßen in Moneglia. Ca. 50m unterhalb der Wohnung befinden sich Treppen, die in den Ortskern führen. Das Inserat verspricht nicht zu viel, außer dass ich es mit maximal 4 Erwachsenen buchen würde. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein oder bereit, immer das Auto in die Stadt zu nehmen. Alles in allem haben wir uns mit unserem Hund sehr wohl gefühlt ”

“Unser Aufenthalt als Familie mit unseren beiden Hunden im Ferienhaus Tina haben wir sehr genossen. Fabio war sehr zuvor- und entgegenkommend. Da unser Pelletofen nicht funktionierte und die untere Wohnung frei war, durften wir den unteren Garten und auch den Wohnraum mit dem wunderbaren offenen Kamin nutzen. So genossen wir den tollen Ausblick zweimal beim Frühstück im Freien und auch bei Regen hatten wir gemütliche und erholsame Tage. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! ”

“Communication was very good. Property was clean and well-maintained. Proximity to beach was outstanding. It's approx. 1/2 mile to train station, and taxis, if you can find one, are not very interested in transporting you (even though we had a traveler with an injury). Plan ahead.”

“Das Haus liegt an einem Steilhang mit spektakulärem Blick über die Bucht und auf Olivenhaine. Fußweg über 100 Höhenmeter zum Bäcker (nur 15 Minuten!). Felsenstrand Chiappea mit glasklarem Wasser fußläufig erreichbar! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Pizzaofen ist großartig! Die Küche gut ausgestattet für große Gruppen. Ich denke wir kommen wieder.”
