“Unit is way overpriced for such an outdated room. Microwave was broken half the time and wouldn’t shut off on its own, room had cockroaches, room was worn out and outdated. No USB anywhere in the room for customer’s convenience.Mentioned it to front desk and they agreed place is outdated. Positive were the TV channel variety, amenities for the shower and the coffee pot. Hilton staff was awesome!Would absolutely not stay here again.Sorry, was very disappointed and way overpriced compared to other……

“To start off my wife and I drove 9 hours to Virginia Beach for a much-needed vacation and to celebrate our anniversary. The room we ended up staying at within the Boardwalk Resort and Villas was amazing with no complaints. However, the weekend did not start out well. I originally booked a room at Diamond Resorts Ocean Beach Club through VRBO. The booking process was simple and completed on March 7th. We arrived and attempted to check in at 4pm on May 2nd. We were informed that the property……

“Perfect location. Not too far from everything. A 5 minute walk from the dolphin tours and the beach. The room itself was beautiful and the pools and hot tubs were relaxing. Definitely would stay here again.”

“The property itself is in desperate need of updates and renovations particularly in the rooms. Other than that, the staff was friendly, location was perfect and the courtyard with the pools was super convenient and easily accessible. ”
