“We had a very nice stay during Christmas week. Luckily, our son had some streaming channels he was able to sign in for us because there are no cable channels. I was glad to see there was a washer/dryer because there was conflicting information about that. We had a little trouble figuring out the heating since there were several separate thermostats and wall units. The electric fireplace heater never worked and only beeped constantly so we didn’t use it. We were very close to town and enjoyed……

“Great little studio for your stay in CDA. Everything was great. Full sized stove and fridge. A few necessities available. The host even left us fresh local coffee beans. French press and coffee machine and kettle - lotsa options!No dishwasher. Hand held shower The only annoyance was having to open a lock box to get the keys and that the front door needs two keys instead of one. ”

“3bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood in Spokane central to just about anything. Washer dryer was nice! Hardwood floors, small kitchen, huge flat screen TV, even a good backyard with privacy fencing but because of the time of year we stayed we didn’t use much. Hot tub made relaxing easy!!”

“We were in town to celebrate my daughters wedding. My sister and her kids stayed with our family of teens and under 10's. We were looking for a place to host a family get together with other cousins who had come to town for the wedding. The pool was amazing! It kept the kids busy while the moms had a chance to chat. The house we great! It had separate areas so we could hang together or have some personal space and quiet as needed. We had so much fun and it was nice to have an indoor space to……

“We knew from the pictures and other reviews that it is an older home. We chose it because of the proximity to Silverwood. It is just a few minutes drive. We did not anticipate the very old furniture with holes in the upholstery, and holes in the carpet. The kitchen did have all the necessary equipment but a little short on silverware. There air conditioner works well. The lawn on the backside of the house was nice. The host can’t control nature but the wasps were terrible. Overall this house……

“The 90's house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a quick stay. The listing was not completley clear about the bedroom and bathroom acess but it was fine and we would defitely stay here again.”
