“Es war für uns ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig, wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Haushalt ist super ausgestattet, egal ob Geschirr, Küchen- oder andere Haushaltsgeräte, es ist von allem ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung wurde unser Lieblingsplatz. Auch hier wurden durch die Gastgeber Auflagen, Badetücher und sogar Sonnencreme zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben uns noch nie so willkommen gefühlt wie hier. Die……

“This home is a little peace of heaven. When we arrived, we parked in the car area, walked up the stone steps through a beautiful arch, and made our way to our apartment. Communication with Paolo was easy, making our arrival delightful. He had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome. Our apartment had a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. “My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road. “The house was as described and shown in the images. If you have mobility problems beware the short but relatively steep drive and the 10 or so steps up to the patio and entrance. The weather was pretty hot but the house was naturally cool with thick stone walls. There was an enormous dining table and an adjacent comfortable seating area which strangely had no lighting though we moved a couple of table lamps around so that we could read. “Das Landhaus war zwar etwas abgelegen, aber wunderschön in den Bergen gelegen. Wir wurden persönlich von den Gastgebern empfangen und bekamen auch wertvolle Tips für unseren Besuch in Rom und Lokalitäten in der Umgebung. Das Landhaus ist sehr gepflegt, insbesondere die tolle überdachte Terrasse und die Räumlichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne mit Familien wieder.”

“Nach der Anreise auf den gut ausgebauten Sraßen , kamen wir an dem kleinen gut ausgestattetem Häuschen an. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt so wie besprochen. Die Lage und Unterkunft ist idela für Meschen die Ruhe suchen. Da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas entfernt sind, ist es von Vorteil, wenn man vor der Anfahrt einkaufn gwht. Sehr geeignet für Selbstversorger.”

“We stayed at Casa Spartaco for almost a month. This is a fantastic place for both short term and long term stays, and if you WFH It is well equipped as well. The house is extremely well equipped, big tvs everywhere, blazing fast internet. Pots, pans, everything you might need to cook. The owners did things right, invested on the property so those that stay feel very comfortable at home.
