“Where to start? Alain & Marie were excellent answering all questions before our arrival organising including airport transfers and hire car (essential to get round). The villa is amazing, very clean, and has a very peaceful energy which a great reflection on the owners. The views of the ocean are something to behold l swear. “Everything about this hotel was on point. The facilities, service, food, kids club. JD the wellness staff member was exceptional and deserves recognition. Because of him we knew all about the hotel, facilities and ability to use the wellness centre at the spa free of charge. Without him we would not have known this. Kids club had kids eat free which was another lovely bonus. Well done Lux a great family holiday had for all the family :-)”

“真帅令人遗憾的酒店回忆，全家人出游父母孩子定的是套房160平方，chick in给了一个估计50平的房间，实在没办法当天晚上重新预定了酒店。房间插电都是坏的很多蚊子房门关不严，简直是糟糕透顶！对于给错房间工作人员的失误给没有给我任何答复，连一句道歉都没有！”

“I think the room offered to me had not been used by other guests for quite some time. so there are some dirts in the 🛀 bathtub. they have shower room and the tub. one comes with shower gel (blue color one) but the other comes with a transparent one, which, be frank, i cannot be sure if that is shampoo? or all-in-one😅”

“渡假村的環境規劃很不錯，我們當日沒特別計畫時，會帶著手機在渡假村內各角落閒晃拍照，或是玩附設的水上設施，然後慵懶地躺在沙灘躺椅上。服務員都很熱情且親切，當我們提出需求時能很快被滿足，甚至我們因班機時間的關係提早到達，也協助我們盡快入住，並由會說中文的人員為我們介紹環境。渡假村有自己的專屬app，上面會列出最近將要舉辦的活動，成人或小孩都有，不用擔心在渡假村會無聊。早餐是buffet形式，選擇很多也都很好吃，但缺點是有時候蜜蜂會在身邊飛，有時會看到鳥站在沒蓋著布的麵包上。午餐的餐廳我們吃過4間都很推薦，但也都不便宜。”
