“This is a good place to stay but the map on this app shows it in the wrong place. Look on Google Maps for Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. It's right next door. It is in Tower 1 (there is no 40). There are two swimming pools but they both close on Mondays.”

“Wonderful corner unit with a view. Building was nice and quiet even with the festival going on. Host was gracious and let us store our luggage in the unit until check in. I would highly recommend this property to visitors of the Iloilo area. Clean, quiet and comfortable.”

“I waited 3 hours to be able to get in the unit. The host did not communicated well with the security guards at the lobby for them to give me the key for the unit. We tried calling the host multiple times but nobody answered the calls. Finally, the head of the security stepped in and decided to let me in since I have the confirmation email. ”

“I've stayed here many times, and this time it was truly disappointing... their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available... on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel.
