“We enjoyed our stay very much.They put alot of thought into what we would need for our convenience. very cleanthe only thing we found uncomfortable was the couch otherwise everything else was perfect”

“ This is an adorable beach cottage, very clean, with a private beach on the other side of the street, directly infront of the house. Vincente was very prompt to reply to any questions, and the outside shower was fantastic! Bring your bikes!! Really a great host, thank you for sharing your home with us!”

“Our stay at the cottage was wonderful. It is perfectly situated for views of the water. The back deck was a perfect location to take it all in. The cottage itself was beautifully renovated. We did some kayaking and biking. Located close to Block Island Ferry, beaches and some great seafood restaurants. We had an amazing trip.”

“Our second year here- great house and amenities. Impeccably clean. Very comfortable. Location perfect for us. Really enjoyed the deck overlooking the bay. Cooked some nice meals in the kitchen. Will likely stay again.”

“The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. ”

It was super helpful that soaps, shampoo/conditioner, trash bags, etc. were provided. Host was extremely responsive via text message when needed. "The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
