The only reason we are not giving them an excellent rating is that an RV was parked right in front of the property when we arrived. The RV was moved to the front of the next-door house, but we are not sure the owners were staying inside; also, when we arrived, a woman was smoking in the driveway; she might have been staying at the RV. We stayed two nights with three families including kids ranging from 2-12 years old. “We stayed at this gorgeous home with a group of 12 — 5 adults and 7 kids ages 8-12. The listing was a bit confusing since it double counted 2 sleeping areas. The area is peaceful and hilly; the grounds are full of olive trees and beautiful landscaping with rose bushes and citrus trees. The kids enjoyed exploring the grounds around the home. Inside, the kitchen was beautiful and well-appointed, and there was a laundry room with an additional fridge/freezer, which was helpful with our large group.……

“The townhouse was very well maintained and was clean. The only issues we had was parking, we had to park a mile away and walk to go get our car everyday. So that wasn't ideal. Also, the AC must have had a lock on it to where we coudn't turn it off. It was either extremely hot or really cold in the home.
