"The owners and staff members respectful and friendly. Also found all of the facilities to be very clean, well tended, and up to date. I appreciated how clean and high functioning the laundry facility is. The grounds are very clean and well-maintained, including landscaping around the rooms."

"The outdoor spa tub was broken, the water in it was full of garbage (the kids were disappointed), there was no ping pong table like in the photo, the curtains in the living room were dirty, there was no laundry detergent (had to call for delivery) and not enough quilts ( Had to call for delivery), ..."
