“We stayed just one night, but after arriving, we should have booked it for another night, just to enjoy this beautiful place for a longer time! We saw deer in the evening and again in the morning, the grandkids chased fireflies and toasted marshmallows to make s'mores and we caught site of some fireworks over the trees. Overall awesome stay! “We spent a long weekend venturing around the area and staying at this lovely property! I was surprised when pulling up that neighboring houses were not too far away but there was not much going on around us or noise to be heard. The property was large, the water close by (but not dangerously so,) and the space was gorgeous and relaxing. It was a perfect place for our family with young kiddos (ages 6-8) Exactly as described and as the pictures show! ”

“this camper is cute, clean, affordable, and we had all the privacy while we were here. This was all we needed as a base camp to explore the area, kettle creek state park is not far at all, and they rent kayaks, there are dark skies around, the town is okay and safe, but the property is anyways a bit cut-off from it. The host also had some board games, firewood, kitchen stuff etc. the property had great reviews on other websites. All in all - my 5 stars on everything”

“My family spend Thanksgiving at this gorgeous house on a beautiful and very secluded property. Everyone loved the house. It was spotless and the wood stove keeps it very warm. Daren went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommend!”

“The lodge and our stay were amazing. The amenities were above and beyond right down to the make-up mirror in the bathroom like I have at home. The only thing I can think of that might be nice is a larger fridge. We only had 9 staying, but the lodge has room enough for 15. We just used our coolers for bottled water and drinks and made it work. With more people and a longer stay it would have been tough to keep everything cold.
