“Excellent stay, the house was wonderful and the host was great, the AC unit had an issue after the city lost power and she was very quick to make sure it was repaired, the house was perfect for everyone, the loft was great for the kids with two twin beds, and the two other bedrooms were nice with king sized beds, the location and distance to necessities made it easy for the kids to walk to buy snacks and drinks at the Caseys while the Walmart was only a bit farther at a minute or two drive……

“The overall house was perfect for our family. We were in town to honor our parents who passed away. It was large and open, big kitchen area with 2 refrigerators. It was kid friendly and dog friendly. There was a great toy for my golden with two bowls. There was even a small flower arrangement waiting for us. If we ever need a VRBO in the future in Wichita, we will certainly stay there. The property manager was great getting back with us when we had TV issues. Overall, a wonderful place to……

“Our son graduated from Wichita State University and this was the perfect spot for our family to stay comfortably and close by to campus. The pool table, games, and spacious & peaceful backyard were a true bonus that helped us truly enjoy our weekend. The hosts were very responsive and checked in with us after our first night to make sure we didn't need anything.”

“We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Amanda was an excellent host. The house was clean and had an excellent entertainment area. We watched football on the three screen setup they had there. The bathrooms were beautiful. There was plenty of room. They advertise it as 13 people but that is a very comfortable 13. There is primarily 3 areas of privacy. I think 1 small family and 2 large families could comfortably stay here. Fridge microwave ice maker all worked great. There was a pool table and other games to use up the dead……
