When we had an issue with the grill’s propane tank, she sent someone up within 15 minutes, which we really appreciated.There are a few areas for improvement. If you have a car with little ground clearance (Chevy Malibu), you really have to weave around to keep from scraping. Our kids had a mini van and an SUV and they had no problems.
