“Our family (3 adults, 1 teen) spent a lovely chill Christmas week at this quirky and beautiful property which looks as though it has been built and decorated through a labour of love over many years. Colourful and delightful everywhere inside. Plenty of comfy spots to stretch out with a book or board game in the house, deck, lawn or patio. Hammock and loungers under a tree were a particular highlight in blistering HB heat. Beach is about 1km walk away, via ice creams at the dairy. Hosts were……

“I arrived needing the toilet. I opened the door to find 3 beds in adjoining rooms but no toilet or bathroom. I ran around in desperation, even to a property next door. Eventually found a tiny, partially hidden pathway which I followed and found a toilet and bathroom at the end of the path. No signage or written explanations in the bedroom telling me where the toilet is. No response to my desperate written message.”
