“Dated appliances. Microwave did not work. But location made up for everything. Lastly, water heater cannot handle more than 3 consecutive showers. I had to wait until next day. Roomy and clean. Garage is bit narrow. Need to get medium/small car. ”

Great layout and on the mountain essentially in the parking lot of Powder Mountain lodge. Roads were kept cleared while we were there. Owner warned us about spotty internet and we didn't have internet for the duration of our stay. But at the same time, we didn't come here to watch tv. “Beautiful home right near the sundown lift and timberline lodge. House was perfect for 7 of us. House is beautifully appoited and well stocked with prerty much everything you could need or think of. Hosts were super responsive and made everything as easy as could be. Doesn't hurt that Powder is an incredicle mountain with loads of terrain and no crowds! ”

“This property is nestled at the top of powder Mountain. You can’t get a better location for ski in and ski out. This is our second visit to PowderRidge Village, and not much has changed. With that said this Condo could use a little TLC. All and all if your intention is to ski then the location doesn’t get any better.”
