“We got married down the road from here at Big Ridge so we rented this place for my bridesmaids and I to get ready at and somewhere for my new husband and I to stay on the wedding night. This place exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and just the fact that the host thought of everything. Anything we could have needed was there. ”

“My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back!”

“We had an excellent stay. The details of the property was spot on . We had no problems so we did not have to reach out but it was nice that the host reached out to us to make sure everything was well. We will definitely stay here again. If I could rate it higher than a 5 star I would.”

“Beautiful location and place to stay. Brand new and very quiet”

“This was a Wonderfull Home. We had our Family Reunion there and it was Perfect. Clean , comfortable , and a great dock for parking the boats and all our water activities. And the owner was excellent with communicating with us with any of our questions. I would give this Home a six star rating if I could. Gary H.”

“We got married in Gatlinburg, but didn’t want to stay in the busyness of Gatlinburg. This location was perfect. The decor was perfect. It was immaculate and made our wedding getaway perfect!”

“Stayed here for my daughters graduation from The University of Tennessee. Go VOLS :) I wish we had more time as the location is prefect. Easy to get to campus and Knoxville. The location is peaceful and very relaxing. The "tiny" house was perfect. Will definitely book again upon returning to Knoxville. ”
