“We stayed in this home for work. It was a great place to relax after a long day. We fished a bit and cooked and had everything we needed. The house was clean and perfect for what we needed. Our host were absolutely awesome. Easy to communicate with and very fast to answer any of our questions or request. We truly enjoyed our stay. ”

“We got married down the road from here at Big Ridge so we rented this place for my bridesmaids and I to get ready at and somewhere for my new husband and I to stay on the wedding night. “We stay at a lot of VRBO's and AriBnB's and this was by far one of the nicest, cleanest, well stocked places we have ever been. They have thought of everything as the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The pictures don't do justice. We went for Thanksgiving and also celebrated Christmas as well with our 6 kids and grandchildren. They went over and above and put up a Christmas tree for us so we could celebrate with our kids. “Morning coffee on the porch overlooking the lake was a perfect start to the days.Kayaking was fun,dog loved the lake,friendly neighborhood dogs came to play.No stress,no issues,owners close by and very helpful”

“The property is absolutely amazing. So peaceful! We sat on the little patio and listened to nature both evenings. Even got to hear the donkeys nicker a couple times. We met the sweet gentleman that lives there and talked for few minutes. Was sure to let us know to call if we needed anything. BUT, this is the only time we saw anyone during our stay. Very private. We had everything we needed. Very roomy home. Close and easy 15 minute to where we were going in Knoxville. Would absolutely……

“This cottage was adorable and perfect for an overnight stay! It was spacious and clean! Great shower pressure and comfy bed! Had difficulties finding the cottage at night. Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like you’re driving into someone’s driveway) but the cottage will be on the right! Already planning a trip back and WILL book this again! Brian was quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with! :)”

“My daughter and I came to Knoxville for Admittance Day at UT and was only in town for a day. This place is super cute, clean and had everything we needed. The view of the river and being on a farm was much better than staying in a hotel. The commute to UT and downtown is basically a straight shot and not long at all. I will definitely stay here again when my daughter moves into college. Go Vols!”
