“This is not a villa. It’s a basement suite. We expected it to be associated with the Four Seasons hotel chain; it is not. It’s a basement of a private home in a residential neighbourhood. “Lovely log cabin on Texada. Please note this is a paved road, but most are not paved, but gravel. It is a ways downhill to the beach so no beach access from the cabin if you have mobility issues. Cabin well stocked with what you need for cooking your own meals. Upstairs is only accessible by ladder. We had great adventures seeing the rare spotted turtles and climbing mountains. Unfortunately waterfall was dried up when we went in April. ”
