“I simply can not say enough about how wonderful our stay has been. So hard to explain how the integrity of the old school house has been restored while it also being updated, clean and new inside. The home was spotless and has every amenity you can imagine. The host, Connie is a dream to work with and has put so much love and attention to detail into this very special place. Our dog loved roaming the property and was tired out every night. We will definitely be back. ”

“Great location - dog friendly a big plus. Queen mattress in upstairs bedroom was unsleepable....had to move to doubles. Comforter in downstairs bedroom was stained and ripped - easy fix - was a bit off putting. We paid for late checkout - but came back to find we were locked out. Had to stand in freezing cold for a half our on the phone with vrbo to gain access. They got us into the lock box only to find no key inside. I would stay here again - but hopefully the bed would be updated.”

“We rented this property for our yearly “friends group” vacation, and we were not disappointed. The view from the deck and yard is beautiful. It was the perfect backdrop for some yard games and hanging out. The house itself had plenty of activities and room for a group of guys to keep entertained for a couple of nights. Wilmington had just enough amenities to be convenient but still rural. Tony was extremely responsive and accommodating, as well. Overall, it was a perfect rental for the weekend. ”

“We only were able to stay in the area for 1 night but hillside haven was idyllic. The adults enjoyed the spacious kitchen and back deck and the kids really loved the arcade games and backyard. My family met up with my brother and his wife and the suite above the garage was the perfect space. The hosts have literally thought of ALL the extras (shout out to the makeup wipes and Qtips!) and were very easy to get a hold of if we needed anything or had any questions. 10/10 would return…. Hopefully……

“Good access for phone and wifi. Smart TV allowed use of my YouTube account. Couldn't get regular TV stations as noted in manual, but I'm technologically challenged.Huge amount of kitchen utensils and gadgets. Particularly nice was a good burr coffee grinder. We bring our own beans and usually have to use a hand grinder we bring along.Nice place convenient to the mountains.”

“We had an awesome stay, two families, our kids, walked to the local arcade bar or coffee shop after an amazing day skiing.Kids loved playing in the house and it was super comfy with all the amenities we needed to to cook some great meals, watch movies, get some rest and make our way to the mountain.”
