Good location, quiet and comfortable hotel

舒適, 安靜, 位置良好, 距離查理大橋很近, 住宿方面很滿意,櫃台人員很親切; 但是有一項缺失, 事先已用email連繫要求保留停車位, 結果check in 時才發現並沒有幫我保留停車位, 即使我給email的證明也沒用, 說是職員的缺失, 沒把我名字登記在上面. 櫃台人員給了我一張停車證, 告知我附近哪裡有停車位, 最後順利停了三天的車

Ideale Lage zum Stadt kennenlernen mit super freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Frühstück sehr vielfältig und sehr lecker! Der Service ist rundum toll, sicherlich muss man den Preis mit der Lage in's Verhältniss setzten. Für Hund 140,-€ on top und Auto Parken, sind dann für eine Woche mal eben 1450 Euro. Wenn das Hotel woanders in Prag wäre, würde die 4 Sterne der Einrichtung dem nicht genüge sein. Wer in Prag in bester Lage ein Hotel mit super Service und Frühstück sucht ist hier genau richtig.

The Kampa Garden Hotel is situated just minutes from the Charles Bridge and the John Lennon Wall - two of the must-sees. A park is immediately next to the hotel and the Vltava river is a stroll through the park. The hotel is really a B & B, as it provides only a breakfast (which is full-on excellent). It does however provide little free 'Tapas' for guests in the small lounge from 2pm daily! GOOD and NOT-SO-GOOD: Room cleaning is perfunctory, and is done, I believe, every three days, though towels are plentiful. The sink in the bathroom (Room 102) had no sink plug, but after my request the Maintenance Man came and (after one failed attempt - plug didn't fit) supplied one which fitted. I strongly suggest that non-slip safety mats should be available for inside the showers. The room cleaner more often than not didn't replenish supplies of coffee, tea, sugar. Milk is not provided at all. The room had a fridge whose door had to be manouvred in order to close it. There was a 'Nespresso'- type coffee maker and pods were provided when the cleaner remembered. What was outstandingly good was the the attitude of the staff, both in the breakfast room, and, particularly, two of the Receptionists. Two young men, Jaroslav and Jan, were exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional and were a credit to the hotel. They are the reason for my overall Five Star rating.

Das Kampa Garden ist ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. Die Lage ist top. Wir hatten das sehr gemütliche und sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer 104 mit dem Bullauge. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Lage des Zimmers über dem Lieferanteneingang und offenbar sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Sammelcontainer für Glas usw. Leider wurden wir so jeden Morgen (von 4 Tagen Aufenthalt) zwischen 7 und 8 von Flaschengeklirr, anderen Geräuschen der Müllentsorgung oder Anlieferungen fürs Hotel frühzeitig geweckt. Ansonsten gab es nichts weiter zu beanstanden. Die Rezeption war immer hilfsbereit und hat sich um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Das Frühstück von 7-11 ist lecker und umfangreich und der Check-Out mit 12:00 zeitlich sehr angenehm.

Rigtig godt hotel. Ligger lige i centrum. Fantastisk god morgenmad med alt hvad man kan tænke sig. I lobby små gratis snaks - små tapas og kager og frugt. Lille velkomstdrink. Rent og pænt og venligt.

love the patio on the river, amazing breakfast buffet was a 10, thery could get the other coffee functions working on the machine. But we were able to get what we needed in the end. Location is a 10 as well. Reason for 4 stars is there is no airconditioner and we had 30 degree weather. BiGi was good to work with and attentive.

I really liked the location of this hotel being very near the Charles' bridge and access to places near by. I will advise anyone who's interested in this place to stay during cool weather. NO AIR CONDITIONER at this location and you do not want to leave the window open for mosquitos and bugs will come in during hot days. Also, the water jars in the lobby is not being filled as often. The size of the water that's available for occupants is simply not enough or not available during the night and morning.

Pytloun Kampa hotel er en lidt slidt gammel skønhed, med en fuldstændig mageløs placering på Kampa, et stenkast fra Karlsbroen, men tilpas meget of til at der er helt stille. Hotellet ligger ved den smalle kanal mellem Kampa og Mala Strana. Smukt, romantisk og meget charmerende. Det hele værd, ganske enkelt.

Great location but not 4 star

Great location, very good breakfast, lots to chose from Inc bacon,eggs,fruit, waffle maker,cereals and continental,they even had prosecco for a champagne breakfast. The room was ok but carpet was really dirty and the curtains were not blackout which made room extremely light ( glad I had eye mask lol). The lift didn't work for 3 days we were there and we was on top floor so bit inconvenient. Don't know how disabled person would have managed.
