第一次帶年邁的父母前往布拉格旅遊，艾格尼絲公寓飯店不論是地點（位於舊城區，不論是走到換匯所、波丹妮總店、天文鐘都非常方便，約莫5-10分鐘），服務（車站、機場及景點接送，飯店門口的熱紅酒與熱情的服務人員）以及早餐（豐盛好吃）都非常好。無線網路也非常快速。在訂房的時候，因為個人的疏失只訂了一間房，發現的時候已經要出國了，馬上寫信給艾格尼絲公寓飯店告知此事，馬上就收到回信，告訴我不用擔心，到了旅館之後，他們已經幫我多留了一間房間，價格也合宜，這點讓我非常感激，房間也很大，暖氣很舒適，父母對於此間旅館讚不絕口，非常推薦此間旅館，能夠入住真的非常幸運。

This hotel is a gem and we cannot fault anything. The pretty room, the comfy bed, the extensive breakfast offering, the sumptuous decor and, above all, the wonderful staff. Everyone is so kind, and so hospitable, nothing was too much trouble and it felt like we were part of a family. Our luggage was delayed for two days and it was obvious that the staff really cared and were genuinely upset for our predicament. We were so impressed by everything we experienced here and we would not hesitate to book again. Lovely, lovely people. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Review of Residence Agnes, Prague – A Truly Exceptional Experience If I could give more than five stars, I would. Residence Agnes in Prague offers the kind of service you dream about but rarely experience – not even at the Ritz or Four Seasons. From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with warmth, grace and true hospitality. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. Any question we had was answered instantly, and they consistently went above and beyond. Each time we returned to the hotel, we were greeted with a cappuccino or a glass of wine every time – a small touch that made a big impression. They helped us make dinner reservations, offered guidance around the city and truly made us feel cared for. The location is ideal: just a short walk from Old Town Square, but tucked away enough to be quiet and restful at night. We were even brought cappuccinos and gingerbread cookies to our room – service that was seamless and thoughtful throughout our stay. We can’t thank Stefan, Lucas or Victoria enough. They just went above and beyond. The breakfast buffet is outstanding – delicious eggs, meats, cheeses, fresh pastries – everything you could want to start your day. In all honesty, the level of service and comfort at Residence Agnes is unmatched. It’s charming, warm and surprisingly affordable. This is the place to stay in Prague. We can’t wait to return.

Wir hatten das Glück schon mehrfach im Hotel Agnes gastieren zu können und können mit ruhigem Gewissen sagen das man in Prag nirgendwo soviel Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit erfährt. My fiancé and I are still in awe of this hotel. It is the BEST hotel to exist - not only because of the actual hotel itself, but the customer service is unlike anything we have ever experienced. The staff make you feel like family and will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We got engaged while staying at this hotel and they made us feel so loved. I will rave about this hotel for the rest of my life - we are in love with Hotel Agnes and will be back again. The staff have become like family and we feel so grateful to have had stayed here for such a monumental event in our lives. We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else! It is a GEM of a place and please please book this hotel if you want to enhance your stay in Prague.

Oh my. Fabulous small hotel. Staff could not do enough for the guests. I would return in a New York minute. So close to Old Town Square & many excellent restaurants. Manager Victoria guided us to perfect tours- really went out of her way to assist. Frank & the 2nd Frank drove us to sites and to the airport. They offered!!!! Breakfast was the best we have had in Europe. Delicious and relaxing. If you go to Prague please stay here.

An amazing gem in Prague!

Amazing! I travel a lot and have to say I’ve never experienced the extraordinary hospitality and customer service anywhere else like I have at Hotel Agnes. From the moment you arrive until you leave, you are treated like family. They will help you plan your day and assist with reservations to amazing restaurants.
