Wir waren im Hotel Roma für 5 Tage und es war sehr angenehm. Dadurch, dass wir den Shuttleservice vom Bahnhof zum Hotel genutz haben, war die Anreise sehr komfortabel. Wir wurden sehr herzlich im Hotel begrüßt und man hat sogar gleich angeboten auf deutsch mit uns zu reden. Mein Zimmer war sehr schön und vor allem sehr groß. Ich glaube ich war noch nie in einem so großen und schönen Hotelzimmer. Die Fenster gehen zur Straße raus mit einem schönen grünen Blick. Für mich persönlich war die Geräuschkulisse kein Problem, aber meine Begleitung, deren Zimmer zur selben Seite gezeigt hat, war da empfindlicher. Das einzige Manko, was ich im Zimmer habe, sind die Matrazen, die doch schon etwas durchgelegen waren. Im Zimmer meiner Begleitung haben die Betten etwas gequitscht. Bzgl. der Sauberkeit habe ich keine großen Probleme erkennen können. Die Fenster waren sehr sauber. Im Bad hätte man vielleicht noch ein paar Seifenspuren an der Duschkabine außen entfernen können. Allerdings alles nichts besorgniserregendes. Das Frühstück war sehr üppig und vielfältig, vor allem, wenn man süß mag. Die Säfte waren nicht mein Geschmack, aber es gab eine sehr große Auswahl.

We absolutely loved the hotel and the room we had. Very cozy, great area (excellent restaurants around and close to the Charles bridge but away from the hordes of tourists), and an excellent, spacious room where everything worked. The service was just as good as was breakfast. When we come back to Prague, this will the #1 hotel for consideration.

We had a great stay in Hotel Roma. It is in a perfect location. Approximately 1mile / 20minute walk from the centre of the Old Town Square. Much quieter and more relaxed than staying in the Centre. Just across the road to the Park area and 15minute walk to the castle. 5minute walk to the river. Plenty of Restaurants nearby and Tram stop right outside Hotel. We had Bottle of Sparkling wine and free room upgrade on arrival. Our room was more like an apartment with double Futon style bed as you first walked in, then bathroom and Large Bedroom. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room fridge and safe. Bathroom had everything you could need. My only criticism is the TV didn’t work. Something that doesn’t bother me usually but I was running the Marathon on Sunday morning and wanted to just relax and chill out Saturday afternoon. I mentioned it at reception and they came to replace the TV but found out the problem was to do with the Ariel socket in the wall and so couldn’t do anything about it for a few days. They did offer to move rooms but I wasn’t bothered that much. They also have a TV in the bar area but the Barman said he needed a code to get it to work Satellite TV and he couldn’t get hold of anyone who had the code so no TV. But apart from the TV issues I would definitely recommend Hotel Roma .
