我們住的是高級房，房間很漂亮，價格亦很公道。美中不足的是wifi訊號很差，要貼近門口才有wifi，無法在床上隨意上網。另外，雖然聲稱有景觀（很多酒店都標榜有景觀），但其實沒有。如果想要河景，要注意酒店的位置，在中心的肯定不會有。

入住時發現是住閣樓...滿熱的沒冷氣以價錢來講應該有更好的選擇不過服務態度還不錯行李寄放也不用錢飯店位置也真的很好

The hotel and services were perfect, but the taxi service was horrible, the driver yelled at us, scolded us and drove very badly.

Zuerst einmal -das Personal ist mega! Alle total nett, alle sprechen Englisch.Danke dafür!!! Unser Zimmer war in der dritten Etage. Bis zur zweiten Etage gelangt man mit einem kleinen Aufzug. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe und war gut ausgestattet mit Doppelbett, Sofa (bei uns als Aufbettung), Fernseher, Bad mit Wanne... Insgesamt kann die Unterkunft durchaus mal ein Update vertragen - vor allem die Fenster und Türen. Das Restaurant befindet sich im Eingangsbereich und (überdachten) Innenhof. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber es gibt alles für einen guten Start in den Tag. Mittagessen und Abendessen wird ebenfalls angeboten - lecker und gutes Preis -Leistungsverhältnis! Das Restaurant schließt gegen 20 Uhr! Das beste ist die Lage der Pension - 5 Minuten bis zur Karlsbrücke, 50 m von Touristenstrom, Pubs, Minimarkt, Trdelnik... in einer kleinen Gasse ( und deshalb sehr ruhig). Von hier aus kann man praktisch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erlaufen und wenn man doch mal etwas weiter weg will, ist eine U-Bahn Station sowie Bus und Straßenbahn Haltestellen in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem eine eher einfache Unterkunft in top Lage mit sehr netten Personal - wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

This place have a prefect location in the old city of Prage. Close to the famus Karlův most bridge. Easy spot to start every day and close to green line metro and other transportation options. In the hotel you have breakfast and restaurant too. They have a elevator for 2 floors but if you get room on 3 floor you have to walk one flight of stairs to those rooms. Room is simple but have all you need. We have window agenst the street, but I still think is was pretty quiet and calm. Even if resturans and pubs are close by. Staff is welcoming and nice. Bed is also good and shower area is good. Only thing i would change is the pillows in the bed. They are a bit lumpy. This is definitely a place I would go back too and stay.

The location was pretty good and the property felt like a nice mom and pop place. It could however use a few upgrades to the room and bathrooms. Overall a good stay.

It is close to the town center (astronomical clock) and the Charles bridge. The hotel is like a family run hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room is clean but very basic. my room is in the attic level and I need to take the stairs to the room. The tub is high and it can be a challenge to those who are short. Not sure if the room has AC but it's early May and it is not too warm.

Fantastisk personal

Litet ganska gammalt hotell. Men fantastisk personal. Vi kom tidigt men kunde checka in direkt. Ganska slitet hotell men det gjorde inte så mycket. Perfekt läge i centrala gamla Prag. Här kan vi bo igen.

Frukosten var en besvikelse, hade förväntat mig en bättre frukost med ett större urval. Rummen var extremt lyhörda och man hörde allt vad grannarna gjorde… Väldigt små rum. Kan tyvärr inte rekommendera detta ställe.

Disappointed.

I booked the hotel several months ago and specifically requested a twin room for myself and my adult son. On arrival we were asked to prepay for the 3 night stay. We were only told after we had paid that the room was a double! And no other accommodation was available. I was not contacted before arrival to say no twin rooms were available. The hotel is well located in the old town near the Charles Bridge. There are no parking facilities. The hotel although clean was well worn and could benefit from refurbishment and redecorating. The room was basic with limited facilities. Breakfast was nice but again limited, no hot food apart from toast.

Äldre hotell, slutet men rent och snyggt! Helt ok frukost om än lite medioker! Detta uppvägs med att ägarna och personal verkligen gör allt de kan för att serva oss. Som tex extratidning frukost på hemresedagen och väldigt god mat lunch och middag. Som helhet, jättebra! Kommer gärna till baka!
