“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier unglaublich genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Personals – vom Empfang an der Rezeption über das Café bis hin zum Frühstück. Ein ganz großes Kompliment dafür!
Das Haus selbst ist bezaubernd, mit einer bis ins Detail liebevollen Einrichtung. Die Gärten und die Zimmer machen den Ort zu etwas Magischem und Besonderem.
Unsere Zimmer waren durch die wunderschöne Vegetation davor etwas dunkler, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wenn wir……

“A 10-15 minute walk from the centre brings you to this place. When Santiago is heaving with pilgrims and tourists this is a real find. Away from the noise and crowds it's a peaceful place. My room was comfortable and it and the whole place very clean. The staff are what makes the difference. They are so friendly and helpful.
The added bonus is a simple kitchen and a place to sit and eat or relax outside your room. There's even a quiet outside area to take time out.

“not the service for four star hotels: disappointed.
1. they cant found our reservation from the computer. (its ok. happened sometimes) but at least dont let us standing and waiting there with big package.
and when another customer came after us. they helped them first. we just standing there and watching what they doing. when i asking for sitting in lobby to wait ( which is just near the reception). they still didnt notice its because we tired and waiting too long. just answered it will finish……

“Un hotel de lujo a pocos pasos del centro histórico y a unos 10 minutos del aeropuerto. Habitaciones muy amplias y camas grandes y cómodas. También tenía una pequeña sala de estar con mesa y sillones. El desayuno buffet estuvo bien aunque no tan variado. Recomiendo limpiar los cobertores de colchón y no solo las sábanas. Al llegar y revisar la cama pude ver algunos vellos y suciedad debajo de las sábanas en el cobertor del colchón. Las almohadas un poco planas para mí gusto, me hubiera gustado……
