We loved the view of the stadium and loved being so close to my daughter’s sorority house that we could walk. This would be the perfect location for game day for sure!”

“This house is very beautiful right on the lake with big windows to take in the view even on the bad weather days. This is probably one of the best equipped houses we have stayed at. Only watchout is for little kids and elderly the stairs are very steep and shallow. We will stay here again in the future. We loved it. ”

“Perfect location and we loved everything about the cottage. Perfect spot to get away and be close to downtown.”

“Space was just right and comfy. Thanks so much for allowing our beloved pet to stay it was important.One thing was the mini split unit vibrating on the wall was unpleasant. Professionals attach the outside unit to a concrete structure not the same wall. Peace It was good.”

“This house is walking distance to the Crescent Hotel for a drink and a pizza at the sky bar. Ermillio's is nextdoor and a cute breakfast cafe called Harold's is across the street. It's a straight walk downhill to downtown and you can catch to trolley to get back up if you don't want to attempt that climb. There's a trolley stop in front of the house. The accommodations were comfortable. My husband appreciated the large TV and comfy sectional to watch football while the girls shopped.”

“Property was exactly as described with the ammenities anyone would need for a comfortable stay. The area is nice and quiet and the front porch is a bonus. Our host was quick to respond with questions I had and she was so helpful. ”

“This is a cute, little cottage close to downtown Rogers. At the time of our stay, the house did need some maintenance. The owner did tell us they waiting for contractors to address a few issues that we noticed. This part of town has an old/historic feel to it. If you like the downtown square, then you will like this area. The only downside to the location are a busy gas station across the street, and a very busy railroad track as well. We had to communicate with the owner and they were very……

“This place had everything! My family loved it here. This was the perfect stay, we didn’t have to buy or pack the usual stuff when we stay in rental homes (coffee, salt pepper, etc). This was also one of the cleanest homes I’ve stayed at. It was close to town but far enough away to get peace from the tourists. We will be back!”

“Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not. It’s bad enough that when you shower, it smells up the entire house. The odor does not linger on your person but the water isn’t tolerable to drink. Use the britta pitcher in the……
