“I cannot say enough about our stay at Roadrunner cabin. It was perfect for my Mom and I to catch our breath and enjoy nature but also be comfortable. Everything about our cabin was perfect- the bed and bedding was so comfortable (I am a bed and bedding snob) We were not missing anything we needed - I have stayed in so many places - this was my favorite and we will be back! It was a perfect g spot to sit out and have our coffee or wine.It was also perfectly spotless and clean! Thank you we loved……

“Quiet place to relax and unwind. Adorable cabins and treehouses. Well maintained property with cute store. Close to Waco with all the great restaurants to enjoy. Close to Heritage Village that has cute stories and amazing restaurant. We're definitely coming back next year ”

“I really love the location. The chair in the room was outdated and dirty looking with stains. I had to ask housekeeping to vacuum the room again because there was still stuff all over the floor. I did like the Dove soaps and shampoos that was nice. I feel like the rooms could use some updates and be cleaner. I liked the desk on rollers that was great and all the many plugs! ”

“The farm house was an excellent respite from the business of Waco yet just a short 12 minute ride to Baylor. The beds slept wonderfully!! It was so peaceful we enjoyed early mornings watching the cows and the sun come up as well as quiet evenings.We will return.”

“This property has a lot of potential but needs some TLC to be a great stay. You really aren’t able to fish or swim. It needs some sort of dock to get past all the buildup at the bank. Overall we did enjoy our stay but there were just a few little things that need to be addressed. ”

“It was convenient to the University where my granddaughter's virtual high school graduation was taking place. We decided to stay another night & management was very courteous & accomodating.”
