“This was everything we needed for our stay! Spacious, clean, and updated! Didn't spend much time at the house because of other activities on the trip but would have been a great place to also hang out and unwind. Great parking, safe and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely come back! ”

“Great house”

“This place was great for our family weekend in Cedar Rapids. The neighborhood is super quiet. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Bed are comfy and the A/C worked great. It was nice having access to the garage to park our cars.”

“It was a great place with the golf course as a back yard. We were close to so many restaurants, markets, Cedar Rapids, & Springville. It was an easy find from 380. Super water pressure, comfortable beds. ”

“Absolutely a great place to stay. Host was great, let us us check in a little earlier, and check out a little later. We were here for a wedding nearby. There was a beautiful porch with comfy chairs overlooking a beautiful lake. We enjoyed our morning coffee there. Not one complaint or concern here!”

“The house itself was gorgeous and clean. Unfortunately the pool was unuseable, which we wete not told. But over all our stay was wonderful. We loved sitting on the decks and seeing the deer every night. I will rent from him again”

“We had a wonderful stay at Clubhouse 63! The property matched the description and photos perfectly. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made everything easy. It was spacious and comfortable for our group of 8, with plenty of room for both adults and kids. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and the view of the golf course was beautiful. Highly recommend and we will be coming back!”

“Stayed at this property with multiple families during a baseball tournament. It was the perfect location- close to baseball fields and grocery stores. The house had plenty of room inside and out and we enjoyed the shop full of games and extra living space for our teens. There is a park right next door where we were able to watch fireworks on the 4th of July and nice trails for walking. We also enjoyed the fire pit and watching the deer on the back of the property. “Let me start by saying, Elias is a great host! There was a change in the reservation due to someone staying in the original house we rented, but he moved us to his personal house, Ave it was a great upgrade! The house was clean, each bedroom (5 instead of 4) had a comfortable bed and clean bedding. There were towels plenty in each of the 3 bathrooms. And, if you need to do laundry, the laundry room was there for your use! The kitchen was great with a big refrigerator and double oven. They're is……
