“The property was very nice, and we liked it a LOT.We would stay there again rather than a hotel. It was very homey and fit our needs just right.I don't know if we will ever bowl in Baton Rouge again, but if we do, we will absolutely try to rent the cottage for our stay again.It had everything we needed and fit our need very well.My contacts with the Property Manager Abby, was very important and I got all the answers from her that were needed. “The photos of the inside of the property are definitely accurate, and the remodel of the home is nice. The area surrounding the rental is not great, but overall we ventured out a lot and so it was fine. The issues that we experienced are listed below. -Daily trains as the rental is in close proximity to train tracks. 5am-6am trains with loud horns as they pass through the town. -The mattresses were very hard, and the frame itself was very unstable and poor quality as it shifted often. -Bed……

“We held our microwedding here and it was absolutely perfect. The pictures do not do the house justice! It was clean, beyond well stocked, and the hosts were a joy to work with. The house itself is beautiful, and the media room was perfect for the Bachelorette party. I cannot recommend this location enough! Oh, and the location is perfectly situated! “Stayed here for the music festival, with friends from out of state who actually own/operate VRBO property. Good location. 15min Uber drive from Lamar Dixon. Cleaning issues previously stated in other reviews NOT an issue. 4.5 for check in because all the check in details (passcode and wifi info) were different than received by app communications, but Rosevelt was very quick to reply and remedied immediately.
