“Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. I paid the bill in advance through Hotels.com. Dimitri (I’m not sure his role) told me this shouldn’t have happened. He tried to bill me full price again. Even after I showed my receipts and bank statements. He was not transparent and he wasted our time we should’ve been enjoying the island. Specifically he wasted an hour at……

“Overall great experience. I stayed for 1 night so the things that were not great was manageable. For instance, the shower did not get warm, the property is still under construction, and the walls are very thin so you hear your neighbors (who are loud). Great location, nice views from apt 6 and the staff are what I think are a lovely local family.”

“It was a short walk today nthe beautiful ocean, very nice for swimming. Every restaurant I ate at was great, and I felt very safe at this hotel, and in the town as a woman traveling alone. ”
