“The host ended up being extremely kind but we never received any communication or confirmation from the host after booking. Our rental was paid in full at the time of booking and we received confirmation from VRBO about our upcoming stay (address, etc) but no response from our host when I sent her a couple different messages. The day we arrived, we tried calling the host and got no answer but we randomly ran into her on the street near the rental. She apologized and said she was having issues……

“We have family about 30 min away. The location was perfect. We did get a little lost finding the villa but the host Valerie helped us all the way. Valerie was amazing she couldn’t do any more for us. I would recommend not arriving in the dark unless you know the area. The views are amazing you could never get bored! You will need a car to get around the roads are so quiet and so smooth to drive on (we have lots of pi holes were we live). Great if you love cycling like my partner he rented a bike……

“What a beautiful place to end our travels in Italy. The region of Abruzzo is stunning and the villa is well appointment and ideal for a large group to spread out. “La casa è perfetta, non manca nulla ed è tenuta in maniera splendida. La zona è ideale come punto di partenza per chi vuole visitare il parco del Gran Sasso.
