Three of us stayed for one night, and I’m glad it was only one. While the front desk staff was friendly, the bed comfortable, and the rate affordable, there were several disappointments. I didn’t realize the hotel operated as a low-service facility with limited front desk hours (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.) and not on time. By the time we noticed there weren’t enough towels for three guests, the front desk had closed for the night.
Basic amenities were lacking: no hand towels, no extra toilet paper, and no in-room coffee maker. The coffee station in the lobby was also shut down by 7:00 p.m. The free WiFi was unreliable, the room felt damp, and the AC unit was loud.
If you’re planning a longer stay and prioritizing price above all, the low rate might appeal to you. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel
