“We stayed at this property in August of 2024 for only 1 night. We wished it had been more. The property is within an easy drive of the old city, and Julie very helpfully gave us advice on where to park when we went there. The air conditioning works great (August is very hot). We loved the outdoor patio! The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms might have annoyed our kids if we had brought with us, as they are adults and the ceilings in those rooms are a tad low. But that's a personal choice and doesn't take……

“We enjoyed our stay, as the staff made it even more seamless for us. Always ready and willing to help with whatever we needed. They had a perfect mix of friendly and professional, especially the manager at the front desk. They didn’t clean our room throughout our stay, though, but overall a pleasant stay nonetheless.”

“Great place for remote workers. Internet is secure and faster than others. Kitchen is completely stocked with utensils and pans. Good water pressure in the shower. Bed is comfortable. Good black out curtains. Steps away from restaurants and cafes and the beach. Budva Old Town is a short bus ride away.”

“Cannot recommend this enough. Hosts have put a lot of thought into what you may need. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with all the equipment you need for an enjoyable stay. The hosts were so friendly and always available to help with advice and information. Have stayed in lots of self catering all over and definitely one of the best. Location is great for exploring local area and further afield. Thanks Jovan and family…you really looked after us”

“It is a nice spot. It’s more a tiny statement. Management ed very nice and communicated well. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom Ave shower were very small but sufficient and had got hot water. Towels weren’t great, but worked. Police experiences in a great location.”

“Small, compact, home away from home holiday accommodation. Transport to Kotor and Tivat towns are accessible by bus (cost €2) from the hotel's doorstep. Staff were super amazing. ”
