“Very quiet, amazing property. Our room had two bedrooms, three toilets, full kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker. Dining room. With terrace seating for eight. All built on the site of a 12th century monistary. Restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Views from every window. Would make for amazing family holiday. You need a vehicle!”

“Nous avons passé une petite quinzaine de jours dans cette magnifique propriété, une ancienne bergerie rénovée. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Le jardin est planté de nombreux arbres fruitiers, la piscine est extrêmement agréable et protégée par les arbres. Des terrasses extérieures permettent de prendre l’apéritif ou les repas à l’ombre des tilleuls où d’une pergola recouverte de vigne. C’est un endroit isolé avec vue sur les monts sibyllins, et pourtant beaucoup de choses à faire village à……

Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich warmherzig und aufmerksam, was unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft selbst strahlt eine gemütliche und einladende Atmosphäre aus. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, ruhig und idyllisch, umgeben……

Casa Wales provided all of this; a beautiful, very old farmhouse lovingly restored set amidst rolling hills, and surrounded by mountain top villages. It was like finding a little piece of heaven and a very busy world. Iian and Judith were very responsive in a timely manner to any questions we had. Would highly recommend.”

Im Umkreis von ca. 100 km haben wir sehr schöne Erlebnisse gehabt. Badeseen, Meer, Bergbäche mit Wasserfall, Städte, Dörfer, Berge,Tropfsteinhöhle und viele nette Menschen ! “Stayed for one month, having stayed before. Stefano and Anna are kind hosts. The house has everything you need for a stay of any length of time. The pool area is a nice respite from the heat. The living is comfortable with tv and couches. The kitchen is fully stocked with pot’s and pans of all shapes and sizes. Private gate and driveway. “My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road. Our host……

“Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in der „Casa Oleandra“ in Gualdo verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Gail war unkompliziert und sie hat immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Kleine Problemchen wurden sofort und unbürokratisch gelöst.Das Haus bietet wirklich alles, um einen schönen Urlaub zu genießen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und alles entspricht den Beschreibungen. Ganz besonders haben wir den tollen Pool genossen, der sehr gepflegt ist und zwei Mal pro Woche gereinigt wurde.Die Lage……
